This course consists of three modules and is designed to comply with the requirements of California AB 1825: Module One – Sexual Harassment: This module describes the basics of sexual harassment in the workplace and is designed to provide the student with a clear understanding of acceptable workplace behavior. It is the same module as that presented in the G2 Sexual Harassment course for employees. Module Two – Preventing Sexual Harassment: This module covers: what to do when you see workplace signs of sexual harassment; how to make people feel comfortable talking about harassment; and how to be on the look out for the symptoms of harassment. In this module you will practice promoting a supportive work environment. Module Three – Response to Sexual Harassment: This module is designed to provide the student with steps for intervening when there is a complaint about sexual harassment in the workplace.
